Inspection Terms: What is your inspector talking about? (#59459) What are the names of the parts of a house? Attend this class and learn correct terminology for some of the commonly deficient parts within functional categories, like structure, electric, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Increasingly common items like arc-fault interrupters, studor vents and lintels and purlins are discussed. Students will learn why these items and many more are so important.

Buyers Protection Group, the Southeast’s largest property inspection company, offers the course described for the benefit of real estate Agents and Brokers. Each of the courses can be presented for three hours of Continuing Education credits. The Georgia Real Estate Commission has authorized BPG to operate as a school to teach Continuing Education Courses.
